What memo does

It keeps what is said: Meetings, calls, field conversations, voice notes and documents. The informal half of what an organisation knows, the half that never reaches a system.
It joins it to what is filed: People, places, commitments and decisions, followed across weeks and months and confirmed by the people concerned. One memory instead of scattered traces.
It returns it when it matters: Ask a question by voice or text. See the commitments still open and the deadlines coming. Walk into the next conversation already briefed.

Who it is for

Teams whose real knowledge lives in conversation: sales and retail in the field, consulting, operations, any place where the decision was made out loud and the record only shows the result. Most meeting tools summarise one conversation and forget it. memo follows the story from one conversation to the next.

memo is in private beta, by invitation. Each account is private to its owner, and nothing enters the memory without that person being able to read it, correct it or remove it.
